Shipping free within 10 miles from Santa Monica, Los Angeles, California/

Order will be shipped within 4 to 6 working days of purchase outside of Los Angeles, California.
Any possible delays due to the COVID-19 situation will be communicated over email.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Our shipments are carefully packaged and inspected before leaving our gallery. Each artwork is handmade by a professional artist so once an order is confirmed we will not be able to cancel/refund or exchange the painting.

If you receive a frame damaged in transit, we will send you a replacement within 15 days at no extra cost; no refund is possible.
​
Frame colour customization is not possible at this point in time. Only black or white frames are provided and frame colour for each painting is carefully chosen by our curators to best compliment the painting.

Email us at contact@art-of-gifting.com about the damaged frame within 24 hours of receiving it. Please include the order number and a photograph of the damaged piece.
